Cancellation policy and donation to charity
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations and changes to appointments. As we are busy trying to accommodate the needs of many patients, a $100 cancellation fee will apply to clients who do not adhere to our cancellation policy.
All new patients are required to prepay a $100 deposit to secure their first booking. This is fully redeemable on medical treatments ON THE DAY. We truly value the time, training and education our practitioners provide. As such, deposits are not redeemable on product purchases or on treatments performed after the initial consult. .
Terms of Trade
Payment is due on the date of service. In the rare event that a credit service is offered, payment is strictly due 7 days from the date of treatment. A 10% late fee will apply after this deadline. Additional charges will be added to the final fee if a debt recovery agency is required to recover unpaid accounts. We thank you for your understanding.
